1. Acceptance of TOU
1.1. Agreement: By accessing or using the Talent Recruitment website and its free services (Offers), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.
1.2. Platform Role: You acknowledge that We act solely as a connection intermediary. We are not responsible for hiring decisions or employment conditions.
2. User Account and Security
2.1. Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided for account registration (including on the Contact page) is truthful and accurate.
2.2. Confidentiality: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities conducted under your account.
3. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to use the Site for:
3.1. Illegal Content: Posting content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates third-party rights.
3.2. Misrepresentation: Uploading a CV or posting a job offer containing knowingly false information.
3.3. Data Harvesting: Performing data scraping, mass data harvesting, or any other unauthorized extraction of information from the « Offers » page or any other section.
3.4. System Abuse: Attempting to harm the Site or interfere with the service (via viruses, spam, etc.).
4. User Content (CVs, Job Offers)
4.1. Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for the User Content they post on the « Offers » page.
4.2. License to Use: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that Content within the scope of providing the Services.
4.3. Verification: We reserve the right to remove any User Content that does not comply with these TOU.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (design, Talent Recruitment logo, source code) is Our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Site and Services are provided « as is. » We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site or decisions made based on content from the « About us » or « Offers » pages.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These TOU are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
8. Amendments and Contact
8.1. Amendments: We may revise these Terms Of Use at any time. The « Last Updated » date at the top of this page will indicate when the changes took effect. Your continued use of the Site signifies your acceptance of the revised TOU.
