Recruiting Internship (Winter/Spring 2026) – Tesla

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Recruiting team in Palo Alto, California, for a critical internship role. This is a chance to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site from January through May 2026 (minimum 12 weeks).

Your Mission:

You will play an integral role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our global hiring process. Your primary tasks will involve coordinating rapidly changing requests while ensuring seamless communication between candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders. A strong focus is placed on data integrity; you will be responsible for updating candidate records, confirming new hires, and ensuring accurate reporting within our recruiting systems. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to enhancing the overall candidate experience and assisting with various recruiting activities as needed.

Candidate Profile:

We welcome applications from students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or a related field. You must be available to work full-time (32+ hours per week) and be a self-starter who is resourceful, analytical, and intellectually curious. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a quick learning ability in a fast-paced setting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected compensation is $21.00 – $31.00 per hour, plus access to a comprehensive suite of benefits, including multiple medical plan options, a 401(k), paid time off, and various employee support programs.
