Power BI Engineer (Remote – US)

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable insights for critical clinical operations. This full-time contract offers a unique opportunity to collaborate remotely with global teams across the US and India on high-visibility analytics projects.

Your Core Contributions:

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data visualization and reporting:

• Design & Development: Create, develop, and deploy highly sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports, precisely customized to meet client needs.
• Data Modeling: Build and optimize robust data models, employing advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M Language) for complex transformations and ensuring peak performance.
• Data Integration: Securely integrate data from diverse sources, including MySQL and various cloud platforms, maintaining reliable data flows.
• Client Partnership: Collaborate directly with clients, providing thought leadership, clear communication, and guidance throughout the entire analytics journey.
• Governance: Uphold stringent data integrity standards and manage best practices for report governance within the Power BI Service.

Required Expertise:

Candidates must possess proven mastery of Power BI Desktop, Service, DAX, and M Language. Strong experience integrating MySQL and cloud data, exceptional client-facing communication skills, and the ability to join within 1-2 weeks are mandatory. Prior experience collaborating with teams across the US and India, and a commitment to a one-year hybrid contract, is required. Exposure to clinical/healthcare analytics is a plus.
