The Opportunity

Each year, JESA welcomes hundreds of promising young talents for intensive 4-to-6-month internships. This program is your chance to work directly alongside the finest engineers and world-class experts in Morocco and Africa. You will be fully integrated into our current projects, contributing to superior, end-to-end, innovative, and sustainable solutions delivered by an African leader in design, engineering, project delivery, and asset management.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking final year students with exceptional academic records. The ideal candidate is proactive, receptive to mentorship, possesses a strong fundamental understanding of their discipline, and shows a genuine interest in its practical application. Essential skills include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
