A Strategic Role in Financial Services IT

SG ATS, a subsidiary of Société Générale Group, provides agile and efficient IT solutions to SG trading floors in Europe (primarily Paris and London), enabling their growth and ensuring compliance with stringent international banking regulations.

The Global Banking Technology & Operations (GBTO) department holds a strategic position in the Group’s digital transformation and operational resilience. We are seeking a motivated intern for a IT Governance Internship PFE to support the management and coordination of IT activities.

Core Project Management PFE Activities

Joining the GBTO XRM & PRE team—which manages platforms and strategic projects related to Risk, Finance, and Market Data distribution—you will gain deep exposure to Financial Services IT governance. Your main activities will include:

  • Coordination & Tracking: Assisting in the coordination of IT activities and tracking strategic Project Management PFE initiatives.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Preparing comprehensive dashboards and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project indicators.
  • Process Optimization: Contributing to process optimization by identifying improvement levers, implementing best practices, and automating IT tools (e.g., using Python).
  • IT Governance: Organizing governance committees, drafting meeting minutes, and tracking action plans.

Required Profile for an IT Governance Internship

We are seeking a candidate who is ready for a high-impact IT Governance Internship in Casablanca:

  • Education: Student from an Engineering School, Business School, or University.
  • Interest: Strong interest in Project Management PFE, digital transformation, and IT governance.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of IT development, particularly Python.
  • Qualities: Rigor, strong organizational skills, team spirit, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
