Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will assist with the following:
- Providing IT assistance and support to end-users (Helpdesk).
- Maintaining and administering the IT asset inventory (workstations, printers, peripherals, etc.).
- Performing maintenance and supervision of LAN/WLAN/WAN networks.
- Managing network cabling, patching, and routing.
- Installing and updating operating systems and software.

Required Profile
