Our Commitment to GDPR Compliance
As a global recruitment platform based in Morocco, Talent Recruitment is committed to adhering to the highest data protection standards, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), for all users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) and beyond.
1. Scope and Applicability of the GDPR
The GDPR applies to Talent Recruitment because we process the personal data of candidates and companies who reside in the EU, by offering them services (job/internship offers, matching, career assistance).
- Data Controller: Talent Recrutement.
- Data Subjects: Any individual residing in the EEA whose personal data we process.
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (name, email address, CV data, etc.).
2. Fundamental Principles of Processing
We process the personal data of our EU users in compliance with the following principles, as required by Article 5 of the GDPR:

3. Legal Basis for Processing
For every data processing activity carried out for EU residents, we rely on one of the following legal bases:
- Consent: When you explicitly check a box to agree to receiving newsletters or processing of sensitive data (if applicable). You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
- Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of the service contract (e.g., managing your Candidate or Company profile, posting a job offer).
- Legitimate Interest: For the continuous improvement of our services, fraud prevention, or anonymous traffic analysis, provided that your rights and freedoms do not override these interests.
4. Your Rights as a Data Subject under GDPR
The GDPR grants you extensive rights over your personal data. At Talent Recruitment, we are committed to honoring these rights:

We are committed to responding to any request to exercise your rights within one month of receiving the request.
5. International Data Transfers (Outside the EU)
Since Talent Recruitment is a Moroccan entity, when we process data from EU residents, this data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
We ensure that this transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR. These safeguards may include:
- The use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
- The implementation of strict security measures on our servers.
