Finance & Operations Internship – Paris (JAN 2026)

Revaia, a pan-European growth equity firm rooted in Paris and Berlin, is seeking a motivated intern for a 6-month Finance & Operations Internship starting in January 2026. We invest in European growth-stage companies with global ambitions and sustainable leadership, acting as sparring partners to entrepreneurs transforming the world.

Your Role within the Operations Team:

You will provide critical support across the firm’s financial, operational, and reporting functions:

• Financial Management: Assist the Finance team with quarterly report preparation and managing essential financial processes, including accounting, controlling, and cash flow planning.
• Process Automation: Take the initiative to identify and implement improvements to internal processes, focusing on automating daily operational tasks.
• ESG Support: Collaborate with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team, providing data and content for C-level executives and delivering actionable insights like the ESG Benchmark.
• Reporting & Fundraising: Help the Investment team maintain consistent Key Performance Indicator (KPI) portfolio reporting and assist the Fundraising team in preparing materials for our investors.
• External Relations: Serve as a key communicator with external service providers (banks, auditors, lawyers).

We Are Looking For:

• Background: Previous experience in a financial context (audit, consulting, corporate finance, or a startup).
• Skills: Excellent proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (coding/productivity tools are a plus). Strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with an autonomous and « extra mile » mindset.
• Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Compensation: €1,700 per month.
