We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a Business Development Internship with the potential for Pre-Hiring (a full-time offer upon success). This is a high-impact role where you will drive the company’s core growth strategy.
Core Missions: EdTech Sales PFE Strategy
As a Business Development Internship participant, your responsibilities will focus on growth and direct sales activities:
- Sales Development: Develop and execute strategies for the recruitment of future international students.
- Student Acquisition: Acquire and qualify international students through various channels.
- Marketing Analysis: Collect and analyze data from marketing campaigns to optimize outreach.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Get in touch and follow up regularly with our current student base.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement new social media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
Required Profile for International Student Recruitment
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and commercially astute candidate:
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized top Business School.
- Experience: Strong interest in the Education Industry and a willingness to work in fast-moving, international environments.
- Skills: Strong communication and time management skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English & French; proficiency in another language is a significant plus.
- Attitude: Eager to learn, assist others, and possesses enthusiasm that inspires collaboration.
