You will utilize your comprehensive knowledge of US insurance policies and claims to directly influence how AI models interact with customers. Your primary mission is to ensure AI outputs are accurate, empathetic, and compliant with policy requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

    • AI Optimization: Train, review, and refine AI model outputs for accuracy and quality, ensuring they grasp nuanced policy details.
    • Scenario Mapping: Analyze real-world insurance conversations, identifying common queries and pain points related to claims (including fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain disruptions).
    • Content Development: Create and refine training materials, test case scripts, and document workflows to ensure the AI’s responses are policy-compliant and user-friendly.
    • Collaboration: Provide detailed, nuanced feedback on model performance to AI engineers and project managers, actively improving the customer journey.
    • Compliance & Clarity: Champion clear, concise communication, translating complex policy language into easily understandable responses for the AI to deliver.

    Required Expertise:

    Candidates must have experience in US-based insurance customer service and a comprehensive understanding of policies, claims processes, and regulatory standards. Experience handling complex claims (e.g., fire, flood, supply chain) is preferred.
